Description

Acacia Arabica is a tree native to India.

This tree is a member of Fabaceae plant family.This is a small-armed tree with black fissured bark. The leaves are bipinnate with main rachis hairy in addition, with glands. The leaflets are 10 to 25 pairs. The flowers are yellow in color, generally blossom in July to January.

Usage

The gum and bark are good tanning material.
The bark is useful as Toothpaste ingredient.
The seeds are useful in curing premature ejaculation.
Bark, gum, and seeds are used as Ayurvedic herbal medicine.
