Pepper- long is an herb native to India. It is mainly cultivated in West Bengal, Karnataka and Kerala region of India.
Pepper-long is a member of Piperaceae plant family. This is an Aromatic climber with perennial roots. The leaves are broad at the base. The spikes, especially male spikes are larger and slender. The flowers bloom in August to September. The fruits are yellowish orange in color.

Usage
